Arthur W. Andersson
President / FAIA
As Design Director, Arthur’s role is to provide leadership by integrating the client into the collaborative process and establishing design concepts. He is the principal in charge of the overall design process and of facilitating client communications through the design phases of each project.
F. Christian Wise
Principal / AIA
Chris’s role is to provide leadership as a Managing Partner. He is the principal in charge through the technical phases of the work and the construction of each project, ensuring that the design concepts are integrated through the entirety of the process.

Andersson/Wise is a design-focused, award-winning architecture firm located in Austin, TX looking for qualified individuals to join our team. We specialize in a range of project types, including residential, educational, hospitality, and cultural, that are located throughout Texas and around the US. We approach the design of our projects with great care and thought throughout the entire life of the project, from conceptualization all the way through construction.
Project Architect - AIA Level II/III
We are seeking to add an Architect - AIA Level II or III to our friendly team who will be working in a project leadership position.
Job Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities are commensurate with AIA Architect Level II (minimum)
Works directly with Project Manager as Project Team leadership
Organizes & leads Design & Technical QAQC processes w/Principals & PM
Manages & coordinates the design team, including consultants during SD, DD & CD phases
Manages project BIM processes & protocols related to the project
Participates with executing Bid/CA processes
Qualifications:
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
Licensure to practice Architecture (US)
Minimum of 3 year of experience working in Revit
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in total
Architectural Staff - AIA Level I
We are seeking to add an AIA Architectural Staff Level I to our friendly team who will work through the design and production phases of the project.
Job Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities are commensurate with AIA Architectural Staff Level I
Works directly with Project Manager &/or Project Architect to execute project
Participates in Design & Technical QAQC processes w/Principals, PM/PA
Performs drawing production & detailing during SD, DD & CD phases
Qualifications:
Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Revit
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in total
